Rekavoze Documentation
Everything you need to get up and running with Rekavoze. Browse the guides below to learn how to set up your account, manage inventory, track expenses, and unlock advanced features.
Account Setup
To start using Rekavoze, create your account at app.rekavoze.com/register. You will need a valid business email. Once registered, you will receive a verification link to activate your account. Our platform uses enterprise-grade encryption to ensure your initial setup is secure from day one.
Pro Tip
Complete your email verification promptly — the link expires after 24 hours for security reasons.
Onboarding Guide
After your first login, the Rekavoze wizard will guide you through choosing your business model (Manufacturing, Retail, or Hybrid). This step is crucial as it configures your default tax categories and inventory tracking logic to match your specific industry needs.
Pro Tip
Take a moment during onboarding to select the correct business model. It pre-configures your tax slabs and unit types, saving you hours of manual setup later.
Business Profiles
Rekavoze supports multi-tenancy. You can create separate profiles for different manufacturing units or retail branches. Each profile maintains its own ledger and stock levels, but can be viewed collectively in the master dashboard.
Pro Tip
Use separate profiles for each GST-registered location. This keeps your filings clean and makes it easier when your CA needs unit-wise P&L statements.
Adding Items
Items can be added manually via the "Add Item" button. You can specify names, SKU, cost price, and selling price. For manufacturers, you can also tag items as "Raw Material" or "Finished Goods" to help track your production pipeline.
Pro Tip
Use a consistent SKU naming convention from day one (e.g., RM-STEEL-001 for raw materials). It makes bulk searches and reporting significantly easier as your catalog grows.
Bulk Import
For large setups, use our Smart CSV Mapper. Download the template from the Inventory page, fill in your data, and upload it. The system automatically validates data types and unit measurements before committing to the database.
Pro Tip
Always download a fresh template before each import. We occasionally add new optional columns, and using the latest template ensures your data maps correctly.
Stock Alerts
Never run out of critical materials. Set minimum threshold levels for each SKU. Rekavoze sends real-time notifications to your dashboard and email when items drop below these levels, enabling proactive reordering.
Pro Tip
Set your alert thresholds to your typical supplier lead time in stock days. For example, if restocking takes 5 days, set the alert at 5 days' worth of average daily usage.
Categorization
Organize your spending into custom categories like Raw Materials, Logistics, Utilities, or Labor. This categorization allows for precise COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) calculations and better tax preparation.
Pro Tip
Keep your expense categories aligned with your GST filing heads. This makes quarterly returns almost copy-paste and reduces back-and-forth with your accountant.
Importing Transactions
Sync your bank statements by uploading CSV files. Our AI suggests categories based on previous data, significantly reducing manual entry time for recurring monthly bills.
Pro Tip
Import your bank statements at the start of each month. The AI learns from your past categorizations, so the more consistently you import, the more accurate the auto-suggestions become.
Financial Reporting
Generate comprehensive reports for any custom date range. View your Profit & Loss statements, Expense Breakdowns, and Cash Flow summaries with one click. All reports can be exported as high-quality PDFs or CSVs for your accountant.
Pro Tip
Export a monthly P&L on the 1st of every month. Comparing month-over-month trends helps you spot rising costs early — before they eat into your margins.
Audit Logs
Rekavoze maintains a strictly immutable audit trail. Every inventory adjustment, expense edit, and data export is logged with a timestamp and the user ID of the person who performed the action. Logs are recorded with sub-second precision and retained for 1 year.
Pro Tip
Review audit logs weekly to catch accidental edits early. Filtering by action type (e.g., 'stock adjustment') makes it easy to spot discrepancies before they compound.
Multi-user Access
Collaboration made easy. Invite team members and assign them specific roles like "Inventory Manager" or "Financial Analyst". Role-based access control (RBAC) ensures your sensitive profit data stays restricted to authorized users.
Pro Tip
Start your team with the most restrictive role and grant additional permissions as needed. It is much safer to add access than to revoke it after sensitive data has been viewed.
